It’s Men’s Health Month—and the science is evolving.
They hold our hands through it all.
They drive us to appointments.
They pray beside hospital beds, and pace outside waiting rooms.
They are our fathers, our partners, our brothers, our sons.
And this June, we pause to ask:
Who supports them?
It’s Men’s Health Month, and while so much of my work centers around women’s wellness, we cannot talk about healing systems without including the men who help carry the load.
Because truth is—behind every warrior is someone quietly waging their own battles.
Let’s Talk About His Health
While women are encouraged (and sometimes pressured) to engage in regular screenings, men often fall through the cracks. Societal norms, stigma around vulnerability, and lack of access all play a role.
It’s time to shift that.
✅ Normalize his annual physical.
✅ Encourage mental health check-ins.
✅ Have real conversations about his body, his boundaries, and yes—his birth control options.
Breaking News : Non-Hormonal Male Birth Control Enters Human Trials
In groundbreaking news, researchers are making progress on a non-hormonal male birth control pill that’s showing incredible promise.
According to Healthline, early studies have shown that a single dose can temporarily reduce sperm motility—without affecting testosterone levels or causing major side effects.
Why does this matter?
Because reproductive health should be shared responsibility—not a one-sided burden.
This evolution in science is more than a headline. It’s a step toward health equity, mutual respect, and better communication in our families and partnerships.
When Men Thrive, Families Do Better
Let’s be clear: this isn’t about shifting attention away from women. It’s about bringing others into the circle of care.
If we truly believe in community healing,
If we say we want better systems,
If we fight for wellness for all—
Then we must include him too.
This Men’s Health Month, check in on the strong ones.
Ask the unspoken questions.
Schedule the overdue appointments.
Share the article.
Start the conversation.
Because when he’s whole—we all rise.
